Complete and submit our Contact Form. In the Contact Form, you will be asked to select 1 or 2 Community Partner Hub Site Location(s). Community Partner Hub Sites are where you pick up your e-bike and e-bike accessories, get support for any program issues, and trade in your e-bike for maintenance. Community Partner Hub Site Locations are located around South Central. Please see the map below to find the closest location to you.
After you submit your Contact Form, a Community Partner Hub Site will reach out to you by text, email or phone with next steps. Please state your communication preferences on the Contact Form.
online training
We provide mandatory bike safety training for all interested participants. This training is mandatory and there will be no exemptions given based on past experience. The purpose of this training is to teach participants how to safely use and engage with their ebikes. They will learn the basics of using their ebikes and the Rules of the Road in order to feel confident and comfortable when riding in the community.

Once you’ve finished taking the quiz, tell your Community Management Partner and they will sign you up for in-person training.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
You will attend 2 In-Person group sessions that take place over two separate sessions. First, the Bike Skills Training (typically weekday evening) followed by the On-Bike Assessment (typically Saturday). You will receive a helmet at the training.
After passing the On-Bike Assessment, you will be able to go to your Community Management Partner to pick up your bike for your 30-day rental. While it is mandatory to pass both Online and In-Person trainings for your first rental, you do not need to repeat the course to renew the bike.
